আমাদের কাছে আপনার সন্তুষ্টিই সবচেয়ে বড় প্রাপ্তি। Amader-এর প্রতিটি পণ্য ১০০% প্রাকৃতিক ও কেমিক্যালমুক্ত — তবুও কোনো কারণে পণ্যটি আপনার মনমতো না হলে, আমরা সহজ শর্তে রিটার্ন ও সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা রেখেছি।

রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী

• ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে।
• যেকোনো পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য — মধু, তেল, হারবাল পাউডার, চাল-ডাল, মসলা সহ সব পণ্য।
• পণ্যের প্যাকেট খোলা থাকলেও রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হয় — মান বা স্বাদ পছন্দ না হলেও ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
• রিটার্ন পাঠানোর ডেলিভারি/কুরিয়ার খরচ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন।

2. ফেসবুক পেজে মেসেজ। অর্ডার নম্বর ও পণ্যের নাম জানান।
3. আমাদের টিম রিটার্নের ঠিকানা ও নির্দেশনা জানিয়ে দেবে।
4. পণ্যটি কুরিয়ারে পাঠিয়ে দিন (কুরিয়ার খরচ গ্রাহকের)।
5. পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর আমরা রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করব।

রিফান্ড

রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর ৩–৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয়। আপনার সুবিধামতো যেকোনো মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড নিতে পারবেন:

এক্সচেঞ্জ (পণ্য বদল)

রিফান্ডের বদলে চাইলে একই মূল্যের অন্য কোনো পণ্যের সাথে এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন। এক্সচেঞ্জের ক্ষেত্রেও ৭ দিনের সময়সীমা প্রযোজ্য। নতুন পণ্যের দাম বেশি হলে অতিরিক্ত অংশ পরিশোধ করলেই হবে; কম হলে বাকি টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে।

Your satisfaction means everything to us. Every Amader product is 100% natural and chemical-free — but if for any reason a product isn't right for you, returning it is simple.

Return Conditions

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
• All products are returnable — honey, oils, herbal powders, grains, spices, everything.
• Opened products are accepted — if the quality or taste isn't to your liking, you can still return it.
• Return courier/delivery charges are paid by the customer.

How to Return

2. Our team will confirm the return address and instructions.
3. Send the product back via courier (courier cost borne by the customer).
4. Once we receive the product, we begin processing your refund.

Refunds

Full refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product, through whichever method suits you best:

Exchanges

Instead of a refund, you may exchange your product for another of equal value within the same 7-day window. If the new product costs more, simply pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the balance.
